[OOC] State of the RP

Pretty straight forward... What's the state of the RP these days?

1) Who's around?
2) Who's coming back soon?
3) Is there any casual player run RP like 3-4 years ago?
4) Is there any official ongoing RP players can take part?

Used to find out about events (official or player run) and take part in them from the channel42. But now when I login there there's hardly anyone on and if they are they never speak.

How can I get in nowadays?

And why ch42 is so empty? No IC talking right now?

So... Should I start trying to RP? Or I'll get disappointed?
Even the forums IC category for atlantean get's bumped once or twice a month...Are things so dead? Or I am looking at the wrong directions?

Are there any events/stories I can take part? If not should I start one? Or there are not enough people for it?

It doesn't hurt to try. Things have been slow, and I hear can side is pretty dead aside from the monthly cot meetings. I've seen ch42 go through spurts sometimes people talk some times they don't. Some times its just a Boreing insult fight.

Network is usually just chatter, and plotting player driven story arcs.

Network down? I've been there everyday And it's almost never down. I'd recommend to send /tell to Agrestus, as if i understood right, it's his bot ^_^

dam j00!!! not much player interaction!! if u weren't a solja (and prolly the most lethal neut to run into on RK1 ) i'd shoot joo, ur never online XD

on another note: on times C42 has plenty of ppl online, but very few actually talk (and even less greet people logging on)

and on yet another note, if there are RP'ers out there that like to do whatever of RP, even if it doesn't involve killing (much), i still got research lines running xD Everyone's always been invited to join in, perhaps you'll even discover the few Xan alphabet letters i haven't found yet
