It's like telling MAs they shouldn't have any buffing to AC at all, engie to lose damage shields, enfs to not have any init, traders to lose grid nanos, all these have never been 'supported' after all.
Precognition helped soldier have non crap evades, I don't even say good. Only non terrible-get-crited-never-avoid-a-leet evades. They aren't enough in pvp but as a prof that is supposed to get hit, evading one hit or two in pvm help in staying alive.
All profs have currently a package of buffs to help them shape stats alone. Some lower buffs shouldn't be discarded
Precog never ever counted as a big asset for solds, hell it have never ever been an evade prof. It's not a reason to tank in the bottom of the evade ladder and get critted by DB bosses for 13k every 2s.
Of course no one listen... nerfs solds evades to 0! One on them dodged a regular when I was 210, nerf!

Evades made a difference between crap and good solds in pvm. Likely why are some are so eager to have solds lose evades as it won't change much in pvp, beside looking for tanks that die faster ?
And again not a big asset != delete worthy. Non crap evades are an asset when tanking.
Btw awesome nanos... no, they are just rebalanced for a world without triples, they are easier to outlast and have costs attached. It's decent for TL7 but not even close for TL1 to 6.

Klod, It a temporal issue, this nano a long with the perks and soldier only items alike have been put in the game long ago. I personally do not use the evade setup, but if others do. I am not going to complain about it. I think its silly that soldiers wouldn't have evades, since action movies since the beginning of time made all the protagonist/antagonist pretty well versed in combat with "High Evades"... Braddock...Rambo...Dutch...Thomas Beckett...Sergeant Bosco Albert...Johnny Rico...Kyle Reese...Lt. A.K. Waters...Capt. Willard...and more.

On that note, how about removing the evasion buff for MP too? I'm sure you wouldn't mind cause you could always get it from a fixer.
