Kimi was the last one really doing any clicksaver updates, but as it states on arpa3.net it' s not really supported anymore. She used to have the source code available for download also. Don't know if it still is or not.Originally Posted by Juggernat
As far as mishbuddy, I still don't see how he gets away with charging people without FC crawling up his ass.
He's charging for extra features that are not in anyway required to use the program but add a lot of functionality to it, saving you time if you have multiple characters.
It's the same as any player made software that asks for donations, you just get something for your donation other than that warm fuzzy feeling.
I remember when I tried mish buddy my discover card number got stolen within few days. So yeah I don't trust thing all those keylogger rumors and my card getting stolen around same time I tried it... I wouldn't use mish buddy.
Maybe Funcom understands the value of free enterprise, rather than suppressing creativity by pushing the Marxist nonsense that people shouldn't be paid for their hard work.
I've patched Clicksaver 2.3.2 from Halorn so that the database features should work again. Just need to get Visual Studio installed to actually compile and test the changes. If it works, I'll see about getting it hosted on AOU.
I have modified the ClickSaver database from 17.5 to have a date modified in the future, so that ClickSaver won't ask you to update. Unzip the file and replace the AODatabase.bdb in your ClickSaver folder with this one. If you don't have an AODatabase.bdb in your ClickSaver folder, just drop this one in there and it should be recognized.
