During what has been dubbed the “Bahirae Incident” of 29488 – 29489 Omni-Tek went through a self-admitted ‘leadership crisis’. Following a discussion between Omni-Prime and OTRK InternOps, in the interest of unity, cooperation and communication, CEO Eva Pourais authorized a restructuring of top-level administration. Comprised of 5 corporate areas plus executive officers and committees, the new structure was laid out:

* OMNI-ADMINISTRATION (Omni-Internops, Omni-Reform & Omni-Administration.)
* OMNI-OPERATIONS – Split into 2 groups:
1) Production (Omni-Mining & Omni-R&D)
2) Logistics (Omni-Trans & Omni Engineering)
* OMNI-COMMUNICATIONS (Omni-Com)
* OMNI-MEDICAL (Omni-Med)
* OMNI-SECURITY (Omni-AF & Omni-Pol)

Introducing one final change the CEO announced atop the 5 new bodies would sit one governing body, THE OMNI ORGANISATIONAL COMMITTEE . This committee will schedule regular inter-departmental meetings to ensure full communication and coopertation across the Omni-Tek family and has replaced the former Omni-Tek Affiliate Meetings.


If you wish to further your career in Omni-Tek by joining the committee simply speak to any of the below members or attend a committee meeting.

I've asked Lornavash to provide some clarification on the comittee and what the team actually envisions it to do so we're all a little clearer

You don't need to be on the comittee to attend the meetings; but i think to join all you have to do is give one of us your character names and we add you to the list Again this is something that needs clarification but it shan't be a problem. I'll always post when there's a meeting coming up so people can come along

The Committee welcomes Andrew 'Encyros' Phillips as a new member.

A meeting has also been called on the 25th of January,29488 at 19:00RKST. Members will meet on the raised platform in Omni-1 Trade behind the wompahs.

Note: Ivan Sergeyich has returned from Omni-Prime and has replaced Admiral Townsend as Dept.Head for Omni-Tek's Security Division

I'd like to remind everyone that anyone can request a meeting at any time. It doesn't have to be a full meeting; it can only involve certain branches: i.e just request a meeting for Omni-Security etc.

I think we should make Cora the official chair of the committee given that she's happy to take the lead on this and has put in the effort to organise and keep us all updated since the committee was set up.

It would give people who want to join an easier point of contact rather than reaching out to people who may not ever show up again.

Any member should still be able to call a meeting!
