No, what you can't see in the video is that she is the bartender. The bar was to the left of means (his right). During the Q&A no one was getting drinks, so she took that as a good time to run off and come back. (bathroom break or something). We'll have the old engine to play with while the Wine experts figure out why the new one doesn't work yet. A few days later there will probably be patches available, few weeks later they will probably be in the process of moving those patches into the Wine tree, and another few weeks later we'll be able to run AO on a regular Wine without patching again.
Also, this is the AoC engine meaning there is quite some accumulated knowledge already.
