AOcrayon is a third-party tool that was made with the intent to help players of Anarchy Online change their base chat text colors easily, without mucking about with complex xml file editing.

Note: This changes only what you see, it has no impact on anyone else.

Requires .Net 2.0

Special thanks to Oofbig for coming up with the cool name

Latest version: 0.8.3 beta

Features:

Change your chat colors to whatever you want them to be.
Supports custom GUIs.
Advanced mode for changing any color listed in the TextColors.xml file.
Doesn't do anything to your output, so don't worry about someone else being annoyed with your changes.

If you are suffering from missing (black) chat channels, do the follow to (hopefully) fix it:

Start AOcrayon (and select the AO install directory if asked).
Switch to the "Settings" tab.
Click "Restore default colors".
Confirm the reload.
Switch back to the "Chat Colors" tab and make your changes.
Click "Save".

xml files aren't that complicated but this tool is certainly nice.
saves the hassle of finding the file and editing it manually.
also the colorpicker is really nice.

However, I'm missing the "Clan leader" channel in the crayon setup. Is that intentional, or did I do something wrong?
