Implants can be frustrating for new players. As requested by several new Traders.. here are some suggestions.

If you have Shadowlands Expansion you can use sybiants, a more powerful type of implant. Pocketbosses drop them :

A good start
Simple setup with only regular clusters. Most implants will end up with agility requirement. Just remember that some clusters here are not really useful, but it helps changing the requirement of the implant. If you are Atrox, change the Max Health clusters with Body Developement clusters instead.
If you have no clue what to do, use this setup.
