Any chance of a definition - seems to be used a lot these days, but I'm really not sure what it means.
The "q"'s represent eyes with tears running from them.
Therefore to "qq" is to "cry/complain/whine" about something.
Edit: At least that is the commonly accepted definition, for how the phrase is used now. An alternative definition can be found @ http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=qq
