I don't agree with this :(.

I used it in pvp to:
- make probably the highest pvp dmg done by one toon during a (tara) raid, not counting OS.
- unsneak people... volcanic, they tend to ignore... kel's tend to worry them more... mastablasta tends to have them unsneak immediately... though using it does put us in a bad situation when they do unsneak haha.

Clearly a very situational tool... but those tools are actually the most fun to use :).

Good news on the coming aoe support. Plz make sure that some of those (spread out) are good for kiting.

See; it all works fine together, you have to consider the new changes and how it affects team-structure.

Enf + Keeper + NT + Doc will be a good combination for multiple target combat.

The TL7 decks have +damage and +init or -nanocost on them.

Bump for +aad being added though.

yep yep. I'll always bump more functionality for the deck, everyone else has mods on thier weapons throughout the entire range of levels, of all sorts. Since we're stuck with the damn thing, with not a single real option, gimme something pretty. hell at least let me change the colors on it to match my social hawtnezz! Oo

Could always push for a cyber-pistol or something if it really bothers you, I kinda like the looks of the glove, still.

Was fun on halloween getting the reaper nano-costume running and floating around with a high tech skeletal looking hand xD

Wow it looks like NT's are getting the largest changes out of all profs. Should be interesting.

i think this wil be a awsome update, it wil help the profession NT to be a much better soloer and maybe more dd, we wil need to relearn the proff tho so it might take some time to get used to. but im sure we wil pwn as ever when we get used to it;)

After living through SL launch I dread big changes. I hate the cyber deck and have a few suggestions on alternate locations where this could be equipped.

Doubles and triples were fun even without using NBS and CB(too busy running from too many peeps) and was a nice breath of fresh air given the fact that with proper timing etc we end up dead quick enough and is not completely unfair unlike advies which are completely unfair :P( I have an idea to balnce that out involving fastmoving vehicles and the roadkill effect with really neat graphics and the option to be able to back up and run them over again and again but don't know quite how to word it properly atm as I am dead tired)

The LOS thing...

Weapons and more generic AAO for options as an NT(I get sentimental every time I think about shooting large holes in you and then setting you on fire and then following it up with electrocution and a stun, brings a tear to my eye)

I want a health leaching dot aura :(

yeah NTs need atleast 1 healing item, maybe a heal perk or a drain dot

NT's with heals? Naw, I dont think so =p That's not very NT-like at all. We've always been a damage absorbing, evading, negating, profession. It makes us unique. 8-)

It always seemed a bit weird to me that the masters of nanotechnology are incapable if asking a nanobot to do some healing... But I wouldn't want heals either :P.

i dnt think nts are unique when traders can do all that better. the only thing that makes nt absorb shield good is izzy'...but even so a traders nbd is way better when gth'd. which is not an epic feat. trader nano does not drop. And The side effect is not harsh enough for a trader. they can still attack. Nts can attack but not effectively as a trader can during side effects. i dnt think nts are unique anymore. especially with the new cyberdecks and everyone gettin better nukes that had them. Looks like we spiralling downward.

If a frail robed figured walking ominously into town surrounded by an evil aura stealing the life of those unfortunate enough to wander close. Gradually becoming stronger and healthier until fully healed isn't very NT like who you gonna give it too, mps? xD

I just want a little dark magic to go with the fireworks :(

And it would have nice interaction with the 100% reflect as an emergency button.

NTs will be ESPECIALLY unique after the rebalancing. It is pointless to compare the way current NT's operate to the way some professions will be after the rebalance. Thats like comparing apples and oranges =p.

If you are taking too much damage, I suggest you better learn the tools we've been given. If you need suggestions how to do that, there are numberous threads and numerous great NT's in game. Just find one of us. =)

Heals are not, and hopefully never will be, part of the vision of an NT's.

well i dnt want heals. i think the idea is absurd. my fight is with nanos and items that disable us entirely like gth and the nr perkline, 110% blinds. And the fact that one of our bread and butter defense nanos, Ns2 is rare. None of the things that disable us are. i.e Gth. not every player can afford to pay 140m for a tool thats essential to our survival in pvm and sometimes pvp.

Blinds are incredibly frustrating to deal with, I'm glad at tl7 I don't have to deal with a perma black screen.
