Would be good to see an official post from Marlark to confirm the exacts of it so that we can establish how this will affect existing agreements.

Hehe.. don't exist any agreement regarding the neutrals. We shoved them over on the omnis to deal with long ago ... but RP inc here now.....

Clan can not sitt by and see how the neutral population is beeing treated by the ev0l Corporation any longer ... So in the spirit of a old story tail ... we are doing what Robin Hood would have done if he was around ... protect the neutrals from the ev0lness that is upon them....

Anyway a couple of things have changed on the freedom fighting side ... We have taken the neutrals under our protection that wish to free themself from the opression. (Clan application forms will be free from the Combat cell leaders.

Secondly the administration of the Phatznet communication channel have managed to get hacked and some bastard put in a computer virus that makes it possible for Clanners to share their efforts between their toons. This virus is faction selective wish makes it not possible for neutral's to use sins they havent seen the lighter side yet.

First off ... Ask your friends how to link toons together in infonet channel system but ... there is a litle help in infonet help text saying how todo it ... As usual with clan the outline of information is rumors and emm mouth to mouth intel. (RP again ewwww)

Have fun up there .. in Pande and at Tara .. the Tarasque system might find itself hit by the same computer virus phatznet did ..... sooner or later .. sins they have very tight communications ... you know how it is when 2 computers talk they transfer **** to eachother ... (Ohh that sound so sex related but i couldnt help myself)

So what you are saying is that Clan mains with Neutral alts can raid in Phatznet now (and maybe soon Cameloot too) by registering the Neutral alts in infonet as alts of the Clan main?

How the hell does it work? well a basic rundown in this post!!!

First of all you have to set a mainchar .. you do this by logging on the char you wish to make a mainchar... and do

To [infonet]: meminfo mainset
[Infonet]: [Infonet Mainchar verification]

The command above will send you the above respons you click the link and read the text ... IVS as it is called is a challange respons system for char verification in Infonet. If you agree with what is in the infomessage window ... you click the link and ...

[Infonet]: Mainchar Information Verified!

The above respons will pop up .. if it dont well then it is the anti spam system protecting the bot and it is just to wait a sec and try again...

Next step after this is to add your alts... how this is done is .. very simple realy simular to mainchar exept dif commands...

To [infonet]: meminfo altadd Soulpriest
[Infonet]: Altchar verification have been sent to Soulpriest!

What the above tells do is in my case i wanted to add soulpriest as a alt of mine to marlark as a main.. and that is what happens.

On soulpriest i get the bellow tell from infonet ...

[Infonet]: [Infonet Altchar verification]

In it it contain a simular content of text like with the mainchar.. Exept it say who the hell requested to make the char a alt. So be shure no ev0l guy decided to hijack your toon. hehe (ME MEMEME) anyway.

All you have to do is open link read what it say and click the link and you get the bellow line from infonet as a respons

[Infonet]: Altchar Information Verified!

And bingo all done!!!

There is some additional toys that can be toyed around with...

/tell infonet meminfo Bombadoc

The above line shows what toons bombadoc holds as mainchar and alts and if they are verified. Simular info is in the raid bots also when someone join the bot it is in the toon names join message .. (Now spam bomba with eternal love.)

A basic disclaimer

No omni/neutral toons are able to be added as a alt to a mainchar and no neutrals can be made into a mainchar eather ... it is the drawback the neutrals have in taking part in clan systems.. If they want to be able to link toons they will have to get a application form and go toward the lighter side.

Technical info

A toon hold it's own points .. basecly an example ... lets say i have done X amount of raid with marlark and have 20 Bpoints. And on my alt i have done 10 Bpoints worth of raids... what happens if im on the alt and bid lets say all my bpoints all 30 of them is .. my alt with actualy get a - count saying -20 and marlark stil retain his + count.

In for example mypoints it will say 2 [] [] for every point type ... the first one is the total sum of your chars points... that is what you can bid ... the other [] contain a value that is like a token value .. it shows if hyou basecly leaching of another alt of yours or if you actualy horded the points on that toon... if lets say i have -20 it will say that in there.

You bid and all that the exactly same way as before the system keep track on your alts and mainchar for you so nothing manual have to be done more then that you already do durring a raid..

Trouble Apendix

1. If a toon is not verified it can not bid on anything. unless the toon is free like a bird and havent requested to be a alt or mainchar. Basecly if it is in stage 1 of the IVS system it need to be finished for the toon to be able to bid.

2. Infonet spam protection system. Well it is not responding if it is in effect so make shure you write correctly and wait between tells to it.

Don't say neutrals can come with us in raids. Tell the truth : neutral alts of clans can go along in raids. Much clearer, and thanks for nothing, I had believed a second that you really meant it.

P.S.1. I remember that the comand for convert Bpoints in zpoints ... was removed .. cause we were too many at beast raids / and there were so much lag back then ... now is something else... so u might revive that convert comand ... ( just a thought ) ... and i know is very easy that "bconvert xx" to work again

Converting points might sound easy, code lines arent.
As for point transfers, Marl forgot to mention that tconvert doesnt work atm.

If I understand correctly, Neutrals mains can join in Clan bots BUT they can't use the point sharing function Clan have access to now.

Ah my bad, I misunderstood. Well it's already something then that we can join your bot, anyway there's no system of sharing points between alts on omni bot (unless maybe if you know the RL).

wont this just increase the amount of points needed to get an item because more people will have access to more points? its essentially flooding the system with false points no?

Actually no, Neutrals are allowed on our bots with the same rules as Omnis, Omnis don't have access to an xfer system from bot to another either.

At the beginning maybe, but once points are used it should deflate again.

This was a good idea, but with the impending death of Phatznet it's two or three years too late.
