Fix monsters double hitting and maybe we'll hunt outdoors.

I still do missions because Npcs are plain and simple, single hit per shot, you know how tough they are gonna be at their level and give nice XP.

Outdoors at all these new dynacamps its pointless because the stuff there double hits you so in effect is doing double damage and you end up having to do a lesser camp which means lesser XP and then everyone doing missions again.
