I just folowed the http://www.digitalriver.com/cs link and used the mail form to cancell.
Havent gotten confirmation yet but i guess it'll be ok.
Call them! Their customer support people will cancell it for you within 5 minutes ..

I can wait 2 weeks for Play.com to get it in and then send it to me.
More than enough time for bugs to be fixed and then more to be introduced to the code.
I have canceled my order by email.
It took digital river two days!!! to respond but then they send me a confirmation of the cancel. Go on their side and click on the contact button there you can cancel your order if you got your number....

Its one week and a few days since I canceled mine, and still no change of status (backordered) or response. That company really really got bad CS.
I canceled it by email and got the answer right away...looks like they made it automaticly now, given the number of people cancelling...
