Here's one suggestion

Why not make it possible to have two info windows open so that you more easily can compare stats on two different items?

But Funcom won't add it because it makes sense and helps players.

This is a great suggestion. Not only could you compare items, but you could also make good use of /showfile which would let you create and keep a window that held commands, like pet commands, so you didn't have to load up shortcut bars. Also, a way to route console text into specific info windows (like chat channels) would help a lot with clutter.
