heya! whats about making fixers a little bit mor hacker like?
1. we need more items to be able to be hackend
2. i invented a new nano or maybe an item.

attempds to hack teh targets NCU and tranfers one random NCU porgramm to the caster. if successfull the programm will be transfered into the casters NCU and becomes deleted from teh target.

could get a funny NCU program just imagine u transfer a MK shield during a PVP battle, or a total concentration.
but ... its also possible that u get the target inteligence boost or something else liek a nano shutdown some1 spelled on him ^^.
to prevent chaincasting i set the recharge time a bit higher.

u could also make it an item which requires NP, comlit and B&E.
