the band is from the enforcer's legchopper quest. why it's beacon warped to the next patch forum rather than the enforcer forum i dunno....

As for IC, I think you are talking about the nanoprogram Iron Circle, that adds +20 to strength and stamina. That is a nanoprogram that only doctors can cast.

it's not "ic an" it's "i can".... so there's nothing about IC in the message....i had to find a decryption tool just to figure that much out of that message....

Most embarrasing thing, is that do that mistake alot of times myself too. Places the space in the wrong spot, I mean.
...and if I had read the WHOLE post, I would have known that it wasn't about IC at all. I mean, what kind of enforcer would get to lvl 118, and not know about IC?
