talked with gm bacchante about brock inside tir city

fc moved brock just nw of west gate tir to cut down on the lag inside the city

the brock at nw mission terms is a non working clone so the brock they respawned would not warp back inside tir

so now we have a dead annoying npc at nw saying huh everytime someone says something

but just an fyi so everyone stops spamming hi and their ring every couple seconds
