+/- 33% from my experience.
From the past few we killed, most of the loot tended to be + with 3-5 items in the - side.
Its a craps shoot.
Never experienced that the boss is lower than the mission itself, but equal, yes.
when running missions like mad to find the soft shape disc, I rolled 53 and got 60ish loot on the boss. try out mission lvl 15-ish % lower than the wanted loot.. that's my best shot.
