If I lowered my Body development all the way down and had only 500 hp or so and got the highest hot in pvp. Could you still kill me. you are limited to around a 160 hit and with an uber hot or two that would make it impossible for you to kill me?

a alpha strike would kill you 100% of the time, and a hot would never have time to keep up with damage, you would always get hit by 40% so always die fast.
You also get HP based upon level, so you could never have a small enough amount of HP that it would matter. I made sure to take note of that at IPR
