Yes souls can be found in chests and on mobs. At least b4 the horror 14 patches they could.

Yeah, I've found one too, although not at 200 QL.
What can we do with these things?
I find em all the time in chests.

the ones below ql190 are worthless. The ones ABOVE ql190. well, they are VERY valuable. They are used to make the Viral Trimurritive Egg, or however its spelled. a pretty uber item you wear on the shoulder.

This is 07/30/2002, and I just found a QL 49 one in a chest in a solo, level 50, mission.
Hmmm...well soul frags 190+QL are ACTUALLY quite useless. Now, I dont do this kinda thing for everyone...but you seem nice. What you want to do is /tell me in game and I will simply dispose of it for you.
