Ok, looked it up and Maestro does not stack with Mastery, thought it did because I keep getting engi's sking for tradeskill buffs.... But at leasst the trader buffs aren't locked to a lvl req...so you can get them at lower levels like a Moch. But it will be less total buff with higher self control. Doesn't mean much under levels 100 and 150 wen you can't keep control of the pet with the loss of either buff...but after you can still keep control after. Would want Mastery or Maestro upped to 140 to make up for the loss of 15 points., Mastery would effect less players and would make Engi's that much better on the tradeskill tree.
Nanoskill way Moch 140 + Wrangle 132/131 Team/single =272/271
Tradeskill way Mestro 125 + Wrangle 132/131 + Mastery 125 = 257/256
Just to throw my 2 cents in here as well:
Generally ok with most of the changes, as it pertains to my playing style. But the ones that affect me most are:
- blinds, DVP in particular. I use this nano a lot while soloing PVM and to see it nerfed is disappointing. Am hoping that if this goes into effect, that an alternative is given which accomplishes the same effect
- Psychology buffs? Where is this? If we really are TS specialists, then why don't we have a viable means of buffing this?
- 2 min duration on ISOTOS... Make it at least 5 mins to match the trimmers. The 30sec SOTOS was a pain to spam and the 7mins of ISOTOS was welcomed by engis everywhere.

The changes look ok, I do agree with others saying that we need better attention on psychology & break-entry skills,
hopefully the Lost Eden nanos for engi like Advanced Software Hacking Shielding & others engi can use like Master's Bidding / Pet Attention have been taken into consideration, we wouldn't want it to seem like hard earned vp is going to waste.
I think that BE skills and Psychology would be really important if you could give some psychological advice to persuade mobs to not attack you or break their hearts, however I would say that DVP nerf is still above these mentioned things as it really IS important for engis which are not afraid to go out of backyard.

Gadgeteer, Mechanic, Creative Mind perk lines must be changed:
1. This lines must give us more Trade skills that we have to use for nano cast.
2. Nano skills must be removed from this perk lines, becouse they are useless for us with new changes.
Ps: Means perk documentation are not an adequate to this new nano changes.

NR engi fixed without - Tskill for NR perks, becouse it's stupid to keep 8 sl perks in NR only. I whish we could have 50 ore more SL perks.

If any person had access to nr8 without negative effects, there'd be no reason to not use it. If engineers, or any profession, could perk fully into this line with no consequence, then the rebalancing would have failed miserably, so I hope TS are put into the debuff effect.

There not all that nerfed, they require more maintenance then they did before but you can become almost immune to specials for a minute of combat.
You guys are way over thinking it, just don't give engineers access to the NR line and move on...

I cant say anything about those changes, since - like Kintaii said - its a part of bigger picture.
Still I dont see any improvements to lowbie engis to be decent at PVP. Even after pet revamp (which is needed) engi alone wont stand a chance anyone, even fr00bs.
New buffs for weapons are nice - but tbh there is not much weapons on low lvl to use.
Also - what FC plans to do with all items that PVM/PVP twinks have for MC/TS skills?
