Leader not online in Guild

Well

I am a part of generals of a guild whose leader is not on-line for more than one and a half month!

This absence of the leader paralyzes the functioning of our guild!

And we have no means to mitigate it.

An automatic release of elections when the leader is not on-line for some time would be a good thing

While yea.. it may be a good idea. why not in this case just leave and start a new?

I prefer my election's idea less work for me

But in few weeks, if our leader is always off line i'll make a new guild

This was implemented in 14.4 supposedly:

Organization leadership maintenance: If the leader of an organization is deleted or becomes inactive for whatever reason, a leadership election will commence automatically. The election candidates are chosen based on seniority in the organization.

I'm in the same situation but the leaders never on. I only wait to see if the auto election starts working and I inherit a great name.

Its easily sorted ive seen the problem rectified first hand but you need someone capable of inviting to the guild. Petition when you get a GM (will need a GM for this) invite them to the guild - they make them selves guild leader - they transfer leadership to another member. Voila problem solved.
