How is it possible to change your on-screen display from the default AO hud to a different skin?

heh, i asked how in my orginal post.. i had to change a worrd becuase it would have made it sound like i was typing ebonics.. lol.

Anyways, you find a custom skin that you like and you download the files and copy - paste the files into your AO's skin folder. Just remember to backup your default skin files into some other folder.

funcom -> anarchy-online -> cd_image -> data -> archives

The two GUI files are the skins.

one last thing, where does one find these skins to download. Google has been my friend for a long time, but its been a backstabber looking for these things. If you know any sites you can recommend, it would be nice.. ;p

AO Bashers have some skins that you can download. Also, people have been promoting their own skins in the forums... think in the 14.4 patch forum.
