From my interpretation of the documentation AAO will no longer be affecting ai perks twice and it will also no longer be affecting perks that check a weapon skill as an attack skill.
As a tl5 enforcer this means that perks will not land on pretty much anything in an evade setup, perking advies or mas would be a thing of the past.
A 1he enfo would have around 1500ish AR on normal perks, a 1hb one would have a little more. This isnt enough to land anything unless the def checks are changed considerably, even then it wouldnt be enough to land it on advies or martial artists through even limber.
Ai perks would perhaps still land on advies but probably not on decent mas through limber.
This criples the offensive abilities of a tl5 enforcer to a great extent as we depend on our perks a lot. An enforcer in an all out offensive swap with towers will have around 2050ish ar on ai perks and 1.5k (!) ar on perks checking weapon specials.
Though the 2050 ar on ai perks seems intimidating, even MPs can reach that amount of defense on evade clsc, meaning we perhaps cannot perk them with even ai perks soon. If an MP can get this much then a MA or Adv can get more as they have the acrobat and CiB (Ma only).
And all this is in an all out offensive swap, something the enforcer does not want to be in always. Though these changes might not be seen as game breaking at tl7, they are at tl5 for sure (imho) where a great many things depend on perks.
So all i want to know is, is my interpretation of this perk document correct? and if not. where have i wrongly done so
