Shouldnt these buffs been able to "stack", should be able to cast both 1he and 1hb buff at the same time...?

Overwhelming Might has broken evade check (either it's not 1% as Auno says it is, or attack skill is something else, or or...), as it gets evaded sometimes by fixers and crats, with somewhat 2.7k AR.
To compare, Weapon Bash (soldier perk, 100% AR vs 5% evade) never missed anyone when I did BS with my solja, with AR from 2.6k to 3.4k.
Of course, it's possible that the perk checks 1% from evade close skill and adds full AAD to that, but it doesn't really explain why other perks with really low def checks seem to always work.

Could you add to Cause of anger that at Mutate lvl 8 perk does projectile dmg instead of melee like usual. I'm pretty sure that is bug and no feature :P
EDIT: unless we can spit on oponent
in pvp when i have 2k hp left and i pop Coon, then if opponent do AS it eats entire coon and do more damage on my visible HP.... i think CAP should work on active HP not on visible HP. so if i have 2k hp left and pop 10k coon, then my active hp become 12k and AS should be ~4k not entire 12k ...pls wtb FIX on this.

It used to be sort of like that but not exactly how you describe it. Basicly the % cap was aplied before absorb, but now its after (mind you, cap from your max hp, this "active hp" you said makes no sense). Tho few low hp folks were using that "feature" and were almost unkillable. So they changed it and now 1 caping special usualy wipe coon. I gues we just have to live with it
p.s: proj damage on cause of anger is still not on buglist :P
There has been a lot of discussion go on about this issue.
Funcom had to change the way of absorbs to adjust the so called "balance".
NT's were unkillable in low hp setup spamming layers.
So FC just made caps work AFTER damage was absorbed.
We had some love after in the form of aad and a high mongo

Hmm I need an oppinion of other 1hb users here.
I *think* there is another problem why perk Devastating Blow does not land. It seems that Bring the pain stun has like lowest stacking order of all stuns. Happend quite few times that even stun from brawl prevented it from landing. And I don't remember when I landed Devastating Blow on mob last time with stuning shade on him.
Only my theory atm, any similar experiences?
Just says that it dosent land, I'm searching for exact causes :P

Seems prety clear to me
You can add shade/crat stun procs aswell and mezzes. Also some aliens are immune to stuns but you don't get any feedback message about it.

I don't know if this was adressed but when iw as reading the bug discussion I couldn't see it. Is it me or do cap attack sometimes destroy a whole bio cacoon in one shot even if when they cap your hp out of cacoon its less then 10k?. I've had a BS where Ive been hit for 10k AS damage +2k and same with FA some times goin even higher
