The bar is a Mayhem zone (0% Suppression Gas) and
you are all welcome for the nicest bar fights on the planet. LOL

Check out the bar in Hope. Mayhem zone, totally trashed, "lovely" restroom facilities in the corner of the back room.

Talk to the bartender, ask him about Cyborgs and Elena Oak's truck, "Corkey" (which is outside the city walls and around back).

Yup, this is the famous bar from the animated series. The one Elena Oak was at before she went outside and her beloved Corkey the Truck was blown up.

The bar in Hope is near the gates, off to the left (if you're facing the gates). I think it has an exotic name like.... "Beer and Booze".

Hope is located in Mort, and can be reached by Whom-pahing from Stret West Bank or Newland Desert (Neutral Whom-Pahs). The community of Hope itself is 75% gas.

Regarding Wine, in Belial Forest...there are some nasty little rooms you can zone in to. Mayhem zones with high level NPCs who seem to disregard the count down timer. *chuckles* Fun stuff, that.

But, my absolute number one choice for "Best Bar on Rubi-Ka is the RELAX bar (ofttimes mistakenly referred to as the "Dancing Atrox" bar) in Omni Forest. It's just outside of Omni-1 Entertainment, along the east side of the wall which runs north and south. Head out the main gate of Omni-1 Entertainment into Omni Forest, and then head south along the wall...towards the Omni-Pol Barracks. The RELAX bar is in the last cluster of buildings before you reach the Omni-Pol Barracks. Location is roughly 290 X 1865 in Omni Forest. It's a small bar, with a great dance floor and laser lights and good music...and a dancing atrox (thus the "nickname" given to RELAX).
