fixers were told they were going to get it, in order to combat the huge debuff that can occur on Grid armor with the OE patch (grid armor requirements are nano skills and so, can be debuffed more than any other armour).
but they didnt bring both the requirements and the debuff nano into the game at the same time.
they are not in 14.4 either
I hope it turns out like Epsilon Purge, than you'll be satisfied.
