Greasy Joints?

Greasy and me go way back.
He killed me when i was hmz. lvl 75 or something, so I went up over the hills of newland to get my revenge just a few days ago (lvl 175 now).
Found some no-drop monster parts that I've been told are part of the static quest to get sum hp pads.
Revenge sure is sweet *muhahahaha*(evil laugh)

Still can't find nuts & bolts searched all over warton valley and can't find him. Any help?
