I would rather see other looks on yalms, still yalms with same altitude and so on, but other looks...
it could be :
- longer
- shorter
- different colour
- +++

what I also would like to see is motorbikes like what the icon of the hovercraft look like for example...
and waterscooters, sailboards, sailboats, surfboards, hot air balloons, helicopters, waterski's, hanggliders, paragliders +++++

u name it... THAT could cost ALOT and get money down, something to put into shop of fortune perhaps ?

"Broken economic system"??? What are you, a bunch of socialists? Sheesh - the Berlin wall crumbled for a reason. Cuba will collapse when Castro dies, North Korea is one of the poorest places on the planet (Earth). [COLOR=sky blue]"Command economies" do not work![/COLOR] You cannot tinker with human nature - when you try to "balance" an economy somewhere, it will alter the balance somewhere else. Nature seeks its own equilibrium; it cannot be imposed - history has shown this over and over.

It is unfortunate that most people's instinct leads them to feelings of "class envy". The proposed solution is usually to take away from the "rich". Hey - what is wrong with being "rich"? I certainly hope to be rich some day... :-)

One of the best things about this game is that it is a TRULY FREE MARKET ECONOMY. There is no drag created by taxation, tariffs, or other artificial depressors/stimulators. Just pure economic activity, and I think it is fascinating to watch.

Exciting times on Rubi Ka! Right now we are in the stone age of commerce, where the most effective way to sell something is to run around a crowded area shouting "HEY - QL 80 Bau Cyber Armor Helmet for sale!" over and over, hoping that someone is listening... It will be interesting to see what evolves.

I do wish there was a better system for trade on Rubi Ka - a version of "eBay" would be great. Those of you that have used it know that Omni Bot is pretty useless due to the clumsy interface.

So let's focus on fixing game mechanics (like pet pathing in missions and selecting pets using a "F-key") instead of trying to tinker with something that is best left alone. (and is not broken in the first place, IMO)

That being said, I think the idea of a fuel cost is intriguing - anyone can muster funds to buy a Yalm, but being able to afford to *maintain* it is something else entirely...
