    Lightbulb got a good idea

although i'm sure funcom will ignore yet another good idea...here goes...

To make looking for groups easier....

Make a new menu that has a check box indicating wether or not you are currently looking for a group.

under this, you have a box with a list of players who are within the xp gain limits for your level, it would list thier names, level, and profession.

that way when you decide to form a team, you go to this menu and you can see a pool of people who are LFG in either your area or the whole zone.

heck even add in a little feature that unchecks the LFG check box when you get into a team, so epople dont spam you asking to join when you are already taken.

    thoughts, suggestions?

The little that I have played EQ, I did like this feature. do a /who and everyone thats looking for team as LFG next to their name.

I don't see why this would be very hard to implement if they are planning to do the /w function anyway.

    Lightbulb *ping*

This could be easily done with maybe just these two commands

    /list lfg

list current players in LFG mode in your zone

    /lfg

puts you up on the /list LFG command.

/list lfg should work like the /list, with lvl and prof showing.

    just a thought...

easier then adding new graphics such as a button etc...
