Opened Bioplast Folder... how do I detatch the note?

I recently came into posession of one of these:

I know from the AG Database that it's possible to detatch that note, but I can't for the life of me work out how. I've tried using Drums of Hydrochloric Acid (just about everything from the Pharma booths in fact), even opening Flamethrower ammo with the screwdriver and trying THAT (part of the steps for a Kamikaze bot). No luck.

Any ideas?

Aye, I've tried the hydrochloric acid... no luck there. I even made it into a chemical explosive to see if that helped . No luck
