once again I am in the infamous crash loop of 20k. Why cant all the people be moved to congregate somewhere besides in front of the shop and the whompa? Why not move the mission terms on one side, the bank and reclaim on the others, and leave the zone in areas clear? Why must this be so hard?

I think, they have to turn that area into a seperate zone just like they do for newland and newland city.
