Channica arrested by Omni-Pol?

Earlier this afternoon Omni-Pol was spotted in the Cup in West Athens questioning a member of Omni-Pol named Channica. A full transcript of the events recorded as such:

Channica: Pulling ALL of omni-pol here...
Tussa peers at the Omni-Pol officers
Virta: What do you suggest I do?
Channica: Walk away.
Tussa: You here to arrest one of your own, Engiboy?
Channica takes off her helmet
Tussa snorts and heads to the door.
Virta: This is no business of yours Tussa
Tussa: Of course not
Channica: I'm pleading with you, don't.
Channica: Walk away.
Tussa: Not like you do your job anywya, is it
Channica sighs
Tussa peers at the woman
Channica: I'm being arrested for helping people.
Virta: Officers
Tussa: You should be.
Virta: You are hereby demoted to Private and will be receiving re-education
Channica sighs
Channica: this is bull****!
Channica: Can't you see,
Virta strips off the Corporal insignias
Channica: Bureaucratic lies!
Channica: oh for christ sake!
Channica: Demote me, is that all you can do?
Virta: Its for your own good. You are too close to clan.
Channica: too close?!?
Channica: Tooo close?!?
Channica laughs and returns her helmet
Virta: You are way off base now. Be careful.
Virta: Officer Uragon, restrain Private Channica
Channica: No one will be restraining me
Channica: General
Khuri: Don't hazzle.
Channica: You taught me well...
Virta: Take it easy now
Channica: but I'm afraid there are things that you do not yet understand
Channica focusses her mind on the General
Channica: It is done.
((body of Khuri dropped on the ground here by Channica))
Virta looks at Khuri in horror
Virta shouts: Outrageous!
Virta: After her!

Very intresting..
Anyone have a background history on Channica.
I have met her once or twice.
But would love to know what made her willing to drop one of her own, and make her own want to arrest her.

I ve seen her before. A bit. But if Omni-Pol is angry with her perhaps she is more friend then enemy. I'm up for anything that leads Omni-Pol into the sights of my rifle again.
