when you say 20% higher than u normal stats, what r our starts including (implants, buff of weapons) AND Expertise ?
because if nano prog higher than expertise r not included, then it will be ok coz MP won't get too powerfull (a 120MP can easily cast alone a 180 pet with his mochams) with OE kill, they would be handle the same way as engi, if not, engi r gonna sux :/
