Still true, yes it does have good protection, but its also still butt ugly.

Funcom seems to want everybody in vunable armour that looks good or in ugly armour with good protects.

You think Steel-Ribbed is butt ugly!?!?! Most people that see it think it's the coolest looking armor in the game. (WEll obtru is kind waked out but what about Nadir or regular Steel-Ribbed.)
