If i drag my Mid (a car) to the chat window and then click on it ( in the chat window ) it says it give much conclement, but when i shift click it in my inv it dosent say that i get conclement, so DO i get more in conclement or NOT more in conclement?

It was supposed to give concealment at one time, but that isn't true. When you have it equipped it does not raise the skill. It's a pretty useless vehicle, unless you like looking at Probe-1000.
