I keep getting bagged on missions. I will take a mission that the item is much better, than what i am wearing, like in one mission I was wearing worn cyber armor, and saw as a mission prize cyber armor(not worn) then when i finished the mission, I received worn cyber armor. this has happened many times.. anyone else..

This is nothing new.. its been in the game since at least Beta4. Basically, the names of item rewards are always typoed. But if you shift-left click on the item and look at the QL.. that is correct. The names are always screwed up, but you DO get what the mission said you would. So, basically, just ignore the names and look at the QL of the item to determine if its better then what you already have.
