i know why its because funcom screwed us !! have u ever seen a fixer solo a 75% mission?? or bring down a monster thats red to them solo? if u have thats a pretty good fixer but theres hardly any around.

You are fixer, you are suppose to run not fight. They dun give you the speed buff for nothing
