Unique mobs in missions

I just got out of a mission where all of the mobs were unique people... you know, had different names and different (non-armor) clothing, all fighting w/out weapons. They all basically looked like the person you have to find or kill in the find/kill person missions, except this mission was a find an item mission. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else cause it was hella wierd to me. I took a couple screens of it here... crazy.

It's happened to me before. Just another one of those random dungeon features : )
