Custom Avatars?

I'd like to create my own custom avatar and the options say it's possible.

But, how do you actually do it?

Well, from what I can tell it's not possible. But it should be, and maybe they'll implement it next time they decide to whipe the boards.

It's possible. This is the first vBulletin board i've ever seen that DOESN'T allow custom avatars.
