Nano Stealing

Howabout a nano program that goes out and attempts to recode a certain amount of nanos in a target's nano pool, so that they become your nanos. ?

Kinda like stealing mana.

I'd like to see a nano that randomly cancelled one program running in the target's NCU (or more likely, had a chance to cancel a random program, the chance growing with QL)

I think traders already have a nano stealing nano line along with their health stealing nano line.

At least trader type MOB's steal MY nano.
