Pre-order in retail
All pre-order boxes produced for retail sale includes a Jobe apartment. These boxes are produced for EB Games and GameStop stores only, and while these exist mainly in the US, we've been told EB will ship at least some boxes to Canada.

We can't promise you'll find a pre-order box in all stores, but if you find one, the Jobe apartment is included in the box.
