hey guys...i'm new to AO and a few days ago i saw someone with one of those wide-brimmed, straw hats you always see the chinese peseants wearing in the movies. anyhoo, it looked pretty spiffy, and i was wondering how one would go about obtaining...one.thanks!
They not only look spiffy they have some prety spiffy mods too! You may want to tak to Zoftig Blimp if you want to get one. He resides somewhere in the city of Hope (easy way to get there is whompa to Newland then Newland Desert, then to Hope if you're Omni not sure how clammies get there). Besides the straw hat he has lots of other semi-useful groovy stuff.

Clan can get there that way too (Newland City whompas aren't normally that dangerous, just don't stray too far away). But, the safer way is to grid to Borealis, then Whompa to Stret West Bank then to Hope.
Also, Zoftig likes his hats just as much as you do; so bring lots of credits with ya, and he doesn't accept Rubi-Ka Express.
