    • Specify the date
    • Specify the time
    • Include the time zone
    • Give good directions to the location

    And DIMENSION, don't forget dimension. Is your event on RK1 or RK2?

    And put your time in GMT. the GMT time can be checked by typing in /played in your chat window, this will give your local computer system time, the time in GMT (from the server) and Rubi-Ka time.

    since the GMT time is the same for everybody this is the best time to use in planning your events.

    Afterall players of AO come from across the globes.
