It is information that rules the world, barter in that trade, and you will want for nothing.

What is an Organization without information? At best, an ineffective group of wannabe power players in the struggle for control of the planet. At worst, easy targets for the Organizations that are in the know. Without information, your operations are blind, and your operatives are at risk. You are a speck of dust blown by winds you cannot predict or defend against.

"Where can I get this information?" you ask. Well, fortunately for you, I am here to help.

I am prepared to offer my services in the attainment of information.

"What is the price?" you may ask for Rubi-Ka's most precious of posessions?

Nothing. Free. Truly without price.

"Whats in it for you?" Well, I get the chance to kill dust lovers...and I will keep anything that I may "liberate" along the way. And dont forget. I work for whatever OT Org is willing to accept my services. You may not be the first to have the information if you do not contact me first.

With the time demands of a 10 month old son, Until I get a better feel for RP community, and ts requirements, I dont want to join an Org that I cant supot 100%. However, I do wish to participate in any RP event/party/happening that you care to open up for involvement.

Well, as it were, RUR is looking to hire free lancer to assist in the hunt and capture of one very troublesome runaway cleaning bot. So expect a call anytime now!

Actually this is a perfect time to make a more general appeal.

Over the next weeks and months and, if we are really lucky, more, we (as in RUR - Rubi-Ka Universal Robots) are looking at running a series of roleplaying adventures on Rubi-Ka 1. Most of these will be small, sometimes tongue in cheek affairs, like the adventure (currently in progress) about the runaway cleaning bot in female lingerie described in another post on this forum.

Our aim is to structure these adventures in a way that other AO non-RUR roleplayers can easily join in the fun without having to commit too much time to it.

Just to be clear:

* We are not asking people to play NPCs or "monsters" for us. Nor will they we working off a script. These are genuine roleplaying hooks for your own characters to do, well, whatever it is your character deems appropriate.

* You do not need to join RUR to take part. In most instances your character will be hired by RUR for a specific job as an external consultant, contractor or whatever. This will not effect you current guild status.

* These will not be not PvP events.

We'd like to hear from people both as individuals or as representatives of existing roleplaying guilds. We are particularly keen to meet characters with specialist roleplaying roles; like lawyers,scientist, doctors or journalists but we will also be needing a steady supply of guns-for-hire, scouts, hackers and just about anyone who roleplays what, in any other game, one would refer to as an "adventurer".

So in a nutshell if you are out there looking for a few more opportunities to roleplay your heart out or you are just curious about the whole thing, give Dabblez, Crattyjack, Ahgenda or Dixie a tell.

OOC to Blix - I'm sure you'll be able to find a lot of odd RP-esque jobs to do from many of the regular posters on this forum, or from their organizations. If I remember to, I'll add you to my 'friends list' so I'll keep you in mind when I need to hire someone. Better yet, send me a tell... I have an awful memory sometimes.

OOC to Savoy - I have played the role of physician or medical consultant for several groups on multiple occasions. Unfortunately I tend to have a very busy in-game schedule, so generally speaking I need advance notice of at least one day, though three days would be preferred. And, as might be noted, I also am something of a politician and amateur historian, in-character (and out, hehe).
