I would like to talk about the fact that there is nothing on the envisioned list. It has existed for, what, 3-4 weeks? Wasn't this one of the great tools you annouced to provide better customer service?
And is the only thing "In Progress" there Team missions? I thought you had a ton of people working on many different aspects of the game?

They are working on a lot of things. For some reason, they aren't adding them to the list.
Take guild houses for example. They are working on them, together with guild leaders I assume.
And just because they haven't announced it doesn't mean it won't happen. Timmer creation wasn't announced, yet they put it into the 13.0 patch.

if they are working on it, why not get the credit for it by posting that fact? Otherwise just junk that category - it looks bad having it there when its empty.
