Shadowlands and NW question

When will Shadowlands be released and will Notum Wars be included in it? (kinda like a package deal)

Also that new areas in Shadowlands will they only be high levels or will there be areas for people of all levels?

Well with the additions of the new dungeons, i think that the road FC is taking is to give you an alternitive to missioning. So i am guessing there will be dungeons for every level.

Also i think its possible that some areas will be impossible to get to possibly by level req. Things like dungeons or some kidna mission mabye or a part of the world i think could be level restricted. Tho who knows, still a long way away.
