    Go to Lush Fields.

Get a team of 3 or more and head to the NW mines.
Plenty of lvl 60-70 mobs to be had there, some really good XP and alot of fun.
Scan at the outpost SE from the mines and you're set.

There are some lvl 40-50 mobs at the SW mines but not much of a challenge for ya if you are 49.

I'm fairly new to the game myself but I have found Lush Fields to be full of good hunting areas.

Outdoor hunting can be a blast.

That said, some of the reasons why I mission a lot is because of:

    -Tokens for my board.
    -Items I can blitz for.
-Lack of interest in having a Fixer in a group at times. Hunting outdoors solo is not as fun as with a group.
-I play at times that there may not be many players around.
-Sometimes my playing time is short, and I don't want to join a group and leave them within the half hour. If I'm going to group, I want to be online for at least an hour or two in fairness to them.

That's the only things I can think of.
Capacitor, the device - a device which collects and stores electricity.
Capacitor, the Fixer - a Opifex who collects and stores visits to Reclaim.

thanks, one more question is do i have to hire a crat or something in outdoor hunting? seems all mobs aggro range is long

No, but it helps to have a healer or a crowd controller on hand. Doesn't have to be a Doc and a Crat though.

I've been hunting Ottous with a couple of guildmates recently, one Engineer (me), one Fixer and one Martial Artist. I provide tanking and damage (the bot) as well as handling adds using a blind aura. The MA is the secondary tank, deals damage and can heal. The Fixer provides HOTs, runbuffs (for when it all goes horribly wrong) and NCU buffs to run it all in. The end result is a nice, robust little hunting team which has no trouble handling mobs 50% above its own level.

If you've got a specialised tank, healer and traffic cop, great. It's an ideal team in many ways. However, an Adventurer, a Soldier and an NT would also work - the Adventurer and Soldier share tanking duties, the Adventurer heals and the NT nukes and mezzes adds. The number of viable combinations is actually quite large.

Er ah... fellow Engy here, what level and where can I obtain Blind Arura?
    Graduate of the Elite Academy

    Viray's Taxi Co.

The lowest blind is Disruptive Photon Deflector which is QL41. There are a total of four Disruptive Photon nanos followed by one final member of the family, Disruptive Void Projector. They're not available in the shops, but can be missioned for easily enough.

There are a few caveats to be aware of while using the blinds. First, like most crowd control nanos the effect breaks if the target takes a single point of damage. That means that damage shields are a definite faux pas and that reflect shields are risky. Secondly, the effect is centred on the Engie and has a 7m range, so you'll need to get fairly close to your target for it to work.

Lastly, blind auras require Psy Mod to use, which is dark blue for us. Using them requires a fair investment in IP.

However, the offensive debuff attached to the blind is absolutely phenomenal. The lowest in the range has a -370 addAllOffense modifier, meaning that the weakest Engie blind is more powerful than the best NT blind. It's enough to completely shut down an attacker, assuming that the blind you're using is close to your level. Disruptive Void Projector inflicts a staggering -1210 offence penalty.

Instructions for use: cast blind to stop adds hitting. Warning! Main target will continue to inflict damage.

    Cheers,
