Treasure boxes

I just want to know if there is a formula in determining what skill you need to open the locked treasure boxes in missions. I appreciate your help.

Approx 2.5x level of mission should do it.

I have found that it is worth it to use the general breaking&entering buff when you are starting to have problems opening locked chests.

I have had no problem at any point doing 2x level of mission. I do QL200 missions with 400 B&E with no problems getting in any box

About 2x is my experience also.
386 B&E is enough to open chests in level 192 missions.
