My suggestions

For example, how about a reload shortcut key, to reload the ammo on your weapon to avoid starting to fight a mob, then letting him hit you 2 or 3 times while you reload automatically, or for an agent, when you conceal yourself, then use the aimed shot ability, and it tells you 'Weapon Out of Ammo'

Now a little something more complex, would be a fantasy stock market, ah think of the possibilites .

And I'm still quite new to this game, and from what I'm reading on the site, with the stories, and everything. Omni and Clan are having a BIG war, but yet if you see an Omni or a Clanner, you have to be in a special zone to attack them...I find that a bit odd. For example if it was a real war, in my opinion, you wouldn't stand beside your enemy and tell him 'Oh, well ok let's go fight over there'

I have a lot more suggestions, but I'd hate to bore you with them
