Im sorry but I would rate this flame with an 1. Aggression is to high, grammar and cursing isnt to well planned... hrmm... maybe, but in multiple qualities? and it was in the nano catagory as well... oh and there are heals too, big ones, and they all have requirements to be used, never saw an effect with biomet requirements *shrug*

QL390 is usually used for NPC nanos.
Most of them don't have requirements, but adding requirements is a way to make drains/NSD have an actual effect.
Other mobs in game where NSD will prevent nano usage: Neleb, and (I believe) The One. I think those are it.
